New Cold Storage Build – BuiltCold Australia was selected to Design, Supply & Install the complete facility in Williamstown, VIC which consisted of 200m²+ of cold storage & production rooms

BuiltCold scope of works

• Freezer Slab excavation & Insulated flooring
• Production room grease traps & strip drains
• Freezer, Chiller & Production Room Insulated panel build – 700m2 of ICP
• HIgh efficiency, smart refrigeration systems for all rooms
  • VSD Controlled
  • All Evaporators supplied with Electronic Expansion Valves
• All associated electrical works
  • Refrigeration Motor Control Centre with all relevant indication lights
  • New Sub-mains from MSB
  • Active with relevant authorites to get Mains cable upgraded
• Remote refrigeration access and monitoring control – Including email alarms & VSD speed & pressure feedback
