BuiltCold Australia was awarded the contract to install 3 x Freezers & 2 x Chillers for Ascot Group Builders in conjunction with Augustus Gloop Gelatery at their new flagship retail store and production Lab in Essendon.

BuiltCold scope of works

Services provided were delivered to client’s freezer specifications:

• -25°C setpoint for long-term gelato holding capability
• 100% Redundancy for main freezer
• Gelato production lab room low velocity refrigeration
• Custom condensing unit mount
• Carel BOSS Supervisory system (automated HACCP temperature reporting & 24 hour alarm notifications)
• Carel EVD Ice on all evaporators for greater efficiency in both power usage and temperature control
