• Commission acoustic engineer to provide acoustic base line testing and a report on works required to bring noise levels to an acceptable limit within the SEPP N-1 compliance
• Engage structural engineer to provide design for reinforcement of the existing steel frame structure to accept the additional load of the acoustic wall
• Source suitable acoustic material to comply with engineers’ recommendations
• Construct steel sub frame to attach acoustic wall to
• Install acoustic lining to sub frame
• Commission acoustic testing, report post rectification works and submit to client for presentation to EPA
