BuiltCold Australia specialises in cold storage projects, however there are often ancillary project requirements outside of the cold room construction that are just as important, e.g.: power upgrades, building permits, structural engineering. Unlike other companies, we can include these requirements in our scope so that we can provide an end to end, turnkey solutions for our clients.

BuiltCold Australia also offers a wealth of knowledge in complying with all the relevant Australian standards and building codes i.e. HACCP, SGS, Primesafe, ANZFA, etc.

Consultation

We take your initial ideas and provide advice on what outcomes are possible to achieve and the most efficient way to do so. Budget costing, project schedules, concept drawings and feasibility study can be done if required.

Pricing

After consolidating design parameters and having a good understanding of the clients’ requirements in hand, we will submit a competitive, customer-specific proposal.

Our proposal can include every facet of a cold storage project such as:

Construction

Our ‘hands-on’ approach means we oversee site works as they happen. Our project management and trade backgrounds are utilised with installation on site, giving us a constant presence to ensure your project is delivered on spec, on time and on budget.

Handover

At this stage we provide training and documentation to our clients so that they are properly familiarised with the entire aspects of the project.
